Event start times are listed on our website, and we recommend logging in at least 10 minutes before the event to ensure everything is working correctly. Refund Policy

No Refunds After Viewing: Once an event is purchased and accessed/viewed by the customer, no refunds will be provided. By accessing the content, you acknowledge that the service has been provided.
Event Cancellations: If an event is completely cancelled and not rescheduled, Throwdown Sports will automatically process a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We aim to process all refunds within 10 business days of the cancellation announcement.
Technical Issues: If you are unable to access a live event due to technical issues on our end, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance. If we cannot resolve the issue and you are unable to view the event, you may be eligible for a refund.
